New York Repeals Annual Wage Notice Requirement (What’s Old Is New Again)

New York has repealed the state Wage Theft Prevention Act’s annual wage notice requirement. New York employers do not have to distribute the annual notices in 2015.

Employer’s should note that this repeal does not modify other notice requirements under the Wage Theft Prevention Act, or other applicable New York Department of Labor wage orders.
