A legal tsunami: Shareholders file a $67B lawsuit against TEPCO Executives

It has been reported that shareholders of Tokyo Electric Power Co. Inc., operator of the crippled Fukushima nuclear plant in northeast Japan, are suing the utilities executives for a record 5.5 trillion yen ($67.4 billion) in compensation to cover the huge huge clean-up, compensation and decommissioning costs. This is believed to be the biggest claim of its kind in Japan.
